Non-refundable and exceptional cases

Custom enterprise workshops that include bespoke materials or on-site travel may be non-refundable after a stated planning milestone. Digital access that has already been fully consumed (all modules marked complete with lab submissions) is generally not refundable. If you violate terms and access is terminated for cause, no refund is owed. Promotional bundles may carry different rules disclosed at purchase.

How to contact us about cancellation

Email hello@reason-system.one from the address used at purchase and include your order reference, cohort name, and reason for the request. For corporate enrollments, an authorized administrator should send the request. We confirm receipt within one business day in most cases and outline next steps or missing information.

Refund process

We verify purchase records, confirm eligibility under this policy, and initiate approved refunds through the original payment method where possible. If the original method cannot receive refunds, we will propose a reasonable alternative such as wire transfer for larger enterprise amounts. Partial refunds may apply if you consumed part of a bundle; calculations are shown before final approval.

Timeframes

For eligible individual purchases, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase provided you have not completed more than twenty percent of graded lab checkpoints. Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of approval, though banking networks may add additional settlement time. Korean consumer rules may provide additional rights for certain distance contracts; where they exceed this policy, they prevail.

Eligibility

Eligibility depends on product type, consumption, and promotional terms stated at checkout. Instructor-led bootcamps may have different cutoffs tied to seat planning; those cutoffs are disclosed on the offering page. Team purchases follow the enterprise agreement or, absent one, the same fourteen-day window from the invoice date for unused seats.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made directly with Kernel Harbor Academy for offerings described on reason-system.one. Reseller purchases follow the reseller’s policy unless otherwise required by law. If any translation of this policy conflicts with the Korean-language enterprise contract you signed, the contract controls for that transaction.
