Cookie Notice

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device to remember preferences or measure usage. Local storage may be used for similar purposes when technically necessary. This notice explains what we set, why, and how to control choices. We avoid decorative tracking; categories below list functional needs first, then optional analytics if you allow them.

Third-party cookies

If you enable analytics, our analytics vendor may set cookies to distinguish sessions in aggregate. Video or webinar embeds may set their own cookies when you interact with them; we minimize embeds and prefer first-party hosting where feasible. Payment processors are not embedded on this informational site; purchases are confirmed offline or via linked flows that have their own notices when used.

Questions about cookies

Email hello@reason-system.one with “Cookie question” in the subject. Include your browser and OS version if troubleshooting. We do not respond to bulk automated requests that do not identify a legitimate concern.

Managing preferences

Use our cookie card to accept or reject optional analytics. You may also adjust browser settings to block third-party cookies or delete existing ones. Note that blocking all cookies may break login sessions or lab portals that rely on session identifiers. We document functional cookies that are strictly necessary separately below.

Cookie categories and examples

Strictly necessary: session and security tokens (duration: session or up to 7 days for rotating auth), load-balancer affinity where used. Preferences: theme or locale selections stored locally when you choose them. Analytics (optional): pseudonymous page metrics with IP truncation. We do not use cookies to alter pricing or create deceptive urgency. A detailed table is available on request for enterprise procurement reviews.

Consent and withdrawal

Where required, we obtain consent before optional analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing analytics cookies via the site controls or your browser. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing lawfulness. Essential cookies remain to operate secure areas. If laws change in Korea regarding granular consent, we will adjust this notice accordingly.
